Acute Kidney Injure

Acute Kidney injury caused by a decrease in the blood supply to a bodily organ or tissue formed by constriction or obstruction of blood in one or both kidneys or nephrons can cause acute kidney injure. The impairment of oxygen and nutrients delivery to the kidney and waste product removal from cells of the kidney. Therefore the mismatch of local tissue oxygen supply and demand and acumulation of waste products of metabolism. As a result of this imbalance the tubular epithelial cells undergo injure.
